The Daily Grind is a daily (well… mostly daily) short post on the “little” things that are coming to my attention during this process of being in awareness with how I’m dealing with eating when I’m actually hungry (Demand Feeding, Intuitive Eating, Hunger-Directed Eating) and somehow facing my compulsion to eat when I’m not hungry. It’s a post about the daily work it takes for me to Face the Fats. I also will likely be posting when I am having my coffee in the morning.
